To open a transport dispute, log on to your Claisy customer area, then click on "My Disputes" and "Add a dispute" on the parcel that has suffered damage. Follow the instructions and in less than 5 minutes, your request will be completed. On average, we respond within 48 hours in 99% of cases. In the event of loss by the Carrier, the good news is that in over 90% of cases you don't have to send us any information at all.
Of course, your goods must be protected, and the packaging must be appropriate to the contents to avoid damage: your parcels will be travelling on conveyor belts and may fall from several meters. At the same time, your packaging (including the shipping label) must be anonymous: no mention of the contents, no sign of value, ... Apple never ships in its own name: neither on the outer packaging, nor on the shipping label. On the same principle, that's what we ask of you: to have packages with no sign of value on the outside of the package. Your parcels are not marked as covered: this is one of the advantages of working with us and benefiting from all the Claisy services.
We advise you to enter your parcel details when you print out the label. At the latest, you must declare your parcel on the day it is handed over to the Carrier.
As a general rule, our parcel protection is applied once a shipping label has been generated and you have the tracking details to declare your parcel on Claisy. If the order is finally cancelled by the customer, you have 24 hours to cancel the tracking of the parcel.
Claisy accepts all international carriers as well as national post offices offering a parcel tracking service. However, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery method with a signature, to guarantee reliable proof of delivery. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
