To open a transport dispute, log in to your Claisy customer account, then click on "My Disputes" and "Add a dispute" for the package that has been damaged. Follow the instructions and your request will be completed in less than 5 minutes. On average, we respond within 48 hours in 99% of cases. Of course, your goods must be protected and the packaging must be appropriate for the contents to prevent damage: your packages will be transported on conveyor belts and may fall from a height of several meters. At the same time, your packaging (including the shipping label) must be anonymous: no mention of the contents, no signs of value, etc. Feel free to consult our dedicated article with our packaging tips
Your packages are also not marked as insured: this is one of the advantages of working with us and taking advantage of all Claisy's services.
We recommend that you register your package when you print the label. At the latest, you must declare your package on the day it is handed over to Carrier.
As a general rule, our parcel protection applies once a shipping label has been generated and you have the tracking details needed to declare your parcel on Claisy. If the order is ultimately canceled by the customer, you have 24 hours to cancel the parcel tracking.
Claisy accepts all international carriers as well as national postal services offering online package tracking. However, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that requires a signature, guaranteeing reliable proof of delivery (required for deliveries over €1,000).
