To insure a valuable package, you need to purchase Ad Valorem insurance, which covers the item’s actual market value rather than the carrier’s weight-based reimbursement. Claisy allows retailers to either manually declare or automate this coverage, retailers compensation paid within 72 hours and no exclusions for luxury goods or collectibles.
95% of our disputes resolved within 72 hours of the case being approved. When you submit a case, you’ll receive a response within 48 hours. In short, over 90% of our cases are resolved in less than a week.

Packages registered on Claisy during month M are billed at the beginning of the following month (M+1). Payment for the service is due 5 days after receipt of the invoice.

To file a Dispute , log in to your Claisy customer account, then click “My disputes Dispute and “Add a Dispute for the package that was damaged. Follow the prompts, and your request will be completed in less than 5 minutes. On average, we respond within 48 hours in 99% of cases. Once your Dispute accepted, you’ll be compensated within 72 hours: Follow the step-by-step guide here!
Of course, your item must be protected, and the packaging must be suitable for the contents to prevent damage: your packages will travel on conveyor belts and may fall from a height of several meters. At the same time, your packaging (including the shipping label) must be anonymous: no mention of the contents, no indication of value, etc. They are not marked as insured to avoid attracting attention.

We recommend that you register your package when you print the shipping label. At the very latest, you must register your package on the day it is handed over to Carrier.
Generally, our package protection applies once a shipping label has been generated and you have the tracking details needed to declare your package on Claisy. If the order is ultimately canceled by the customer, you have 24 hours to cancel the package tracking.
Claisy accepts all international carriers as well as domestic postal services that offer online package tracking. However, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that requires a signature, as this provides reliable proof of delivery (required for shipments valued at over €1,000).
