How do I integrate Claisy into my store (Shopify, PrestaShop, etc.) and is it complicated?

Is there a minimum number of shipments required to use Claisy? Is there a subscription?

Not at all! We bill you according to your activity at the end of each month. And there are no subscription fees either.

How is the service billed?

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month. Payment for the service is collected in the month following the period covered.

Beyond the posted rate, are there any hidden fees, subscriptions or minimum commitments?

How do I open a transport dispute? How long does it take to receive compensation?

To open a transport dispute, log on to your Claisy customer area, then click on "My Disputes" and "Add a dispute" on the parcel that has suffered damage. Follow the instructions and in less than 5 minutes, your request will be completed. On average, we respond within 48 hours in 99% of cases. In the event of loss by the carrier, the good news is that in over 90% of cases you don't have to send us any information at all.

Do my parcels require special packaging? Are my parcels marked as insured?

Of course, your goods must be protected, and the packaging must be appropriate to the contents to avoid damage: your parcels will travel on conveyor belts and may fall from several meters. However, your packaging (including the shipping label) must be as anonymous as possible: no mention of the contents, no sign of value, etc. Don't hesitate to consult our dedicated article with our packaging tips
Apple never ships in its own name: neither on the outer packaging, nor on the shipping label. On the same principle, that's what we ask of you: to have packages with no sign of value on the outside of the package. Your parcels are not marked as covered: this is one of the advantages of working with us and benefiting from all Claisy's services. Your parcels are shipped without any markings indicating that they are covered. This indefinable packaging ensures that your consignments do not attract attention.

When should I enter my parcel in Claisy? Before shipping? After shipping?

We recommend that you fill in your parcel details when you print out the label. At the latest, you must declare your parcel on the day it is handed over to the carrier.
As a general rule, our parcel protection is applied once a shipping label has been generated and you have the tracking details to declare your parcel on Claisy. If the order is finally cancelled by the customer, you have 24 hours to cancel the tracking of the parcel.

Can I send my parcel with any carrier?

Claisy accepts all international carriers as well as national post offices offering a parcel tracking service. However, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery method with a signature, to guarantee reliable proof of delivery. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
